Qualifications
Need to make 2.5 times the rent to qualify.
Required documentation
- Copies of Picture ID
- Copies of SSN Card or foreign government ID
- Most recent pay stubs or proof of income (self-employed 2 years income tax returns and current bank statements)
Processing fee
$50 for any individual (18 years or older).
Lease
All properties are on a twelve-month lease.
Co-signers
Co-signers will be held responsible for the rent the entire time the tenant remains at the property.
Move-in fees
The first month’s rent and deposit must be paid by cashier’s check or money order only.
